ColorPad Privacy Policy
Overview
ColorPad is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require user accounts, and we do not collect or store your artwork on our servers.
Information We Collect
ColorPad does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
To help us understand basic app usage and improve app stability, ColorPad uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.
Firebase Analytics may collect limited app usage information, such as app opens, coloring page activity, upload feature usage, gallery access, paywall views, and subscription-related events.
Firebase Crashlytics may collect crash reports and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, and technical data related to app stability.
This information is used only to understand whether the app is working, improve the user experience, and fix crashes or bugs.
Artwork and Projects
Your coloring projects, imported images, and app data are stored locally on your device.
Because your data is stored locally, deleting ColorPad, resetting your device, changing devices, or removing app data may permanently remove your coloring projects, imported image pages, and saved progress.
If there are pages you would like to keep, we recommend exporting them before deleting the app or changing devices.
ColorPad does not upload your artwork, imported images, or projects to developer-operated servers.
Subscriptions
Subscription purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment information.
ColorPad may log subscription-related app events, such as when a user views the paywall or completes a subscription flow, to help us understand product performance. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
Sharing and Exporting
When you choose to export or share artwork, the content is handled through Apple's system sharing features and any apps or services you select.
Analytics and Tracking
ColorPad does not use advertising networks and does not track users across apps or websites.
We use Firebase Analytics only for basic product analytics and Firebase Crashlytics only for crash reporting and app stability monitoring.
We do not use Firebase data to build advertising profiles, serve targeted ads, or sell user data.
Children's Privacy
ColorPad is designed to be family-friendly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
The analytics and crash data we collect is limited to basic app usage and technical diagnostic information used to improve the app and maintain reliability.
Third-Party Services
ColorPad uses Firebase, a service provided by Google, for analytics and crash reporting. Firebase may process limited app usage and diagnostic data on our behalf according to its own privacy and security practices.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published on this page.
