Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Happy ColorPad, you agree to these Terms of Use.
License
Happy ColorPad is licensed, not sold, to you. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Subscriptions
Happy ColorPad may offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
User Content
Artwork, coloring projects, and imported images created or stored within Happy ColorPad remain your responsibility.
Content created within Happy ColorPad is stored locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your artwork.
Availability
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue features of Happy ColorPad at any time without prior notice.
Disclaimer
Happy ColorPad is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of Happy ColorPad.
Privacy
Your use of Happy ColorPad is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information may be collected and used.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
